Standard Delivery: This shipping option is free. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery
Please note: Heavier items such as the eco friendly washing powder and the eco friendly bleach will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or standard parcels delivery

Express Delivery: This shipping option is just £5.95. All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery

Worldwide
Delivery to the rest of the world is only £4.95, all items are sent via airmail

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working business day of when the order is placed

All items are packaged in recycled and biodegradable tissue paper and fastened together with printed Green Nippers degradable tape. The items are then sent in a recycled and biodegradable mail order bag. 

Gift packaging
If you would like to make your gift extra special we offer beautiful gift packaging, priced at £3.75.

If you choose to have your items gift wrapped, we wrap your products in recycled and biodegradable tissue paper sealing it with Green Nippers printed degradable tape then place your products in a recycled and biodegradable natural gift box. The box comes with hand tied green compostable ribbon, with a recycled Green Nippers gift tag attached.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please return it in an unused and resaleable condition, and include your packing slip sent that was sent with your order.

Wrap the items you are returning in their original condition securely in the package (to help the environment please use the mailing bag your order was sent in:

Returns are to be made within 28 days of the invoice date. You will have a choice of either a full refund or exchange for the price you paid for the item. Please take your parcel to your local post office, it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of returned items which are not in the original resaleable condition as dispatched by us. Postage costs will be refunded (to the value of Royal Mail Standard or Airmail service) for faulty items or items sent to you incorrectly. We will not cover return postage costs on non-faulty items. If you require an exchange for an item you will not be charged postage costs for the exchanged item to be sent out to you.
